CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant is a promising profession. Being CNA is a tough task since the duties and training is extensive. The completion of CNA aide program is the foremost step to earn CNA license. The CNA license program generally includes personal care, basic nursing care, use of medical terminology, emergency care, human anatomy, interpersonal and communication skills, CPR, safety procedures and restorative care procedures. During the training, students are not allowed to work/practice with actual patients but are permitted to work with patients when they are attending clinical training which is usually done under the supervision of the licensed practiced nurse.

The CNA license exam can be given at different test centers such as Prometric, Pearson VUE, Red Cross, D&S Diversified Technology and Ivy Tech Community College. The test has to be given in two parts i.e. the skill test and oral/written test.
